This figure is a tribute to my late father Roy Morris. He served as an armourer with R.E.M.E attached to the 2nd Gurkhas during the Malayan Emergency in 1952. The figure is based on his recollections of his time in Malaya and is shown ready to go out on anti-communist patrol in the jungle.
On top of the basic green uniform, I used many items from the Soldat 3 figure to add equipment details.
